1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using VoyageAi Developer Platform (including web app, desktop client, and REST APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Data Processing & Privacy Consent

By creating an account or signing in via Email OTP or Google OAuth, you explicitly grant VoyageAi consent to:

Process your email address for authentication and security OTP verification codes.
Temporarily process uploaded code context files in-memory for AI analysis (with zero disk retention policy).
Store token usage analytics for billing and rate-limiting enforcement.

3. Fair Usage & API Limits

Users must not engage in automated scraping, denial of service attacks, or circumventing tier quotas. Free Tier users are subject to daily rate limits and account limits per IP address.

4. Zero-Disk Code Retention Policy

VoyageAi enforces a strict security policy: code files uploaded to the web studio or indexed in the desktop application are processed transiently in RAM and purged immediately after request execution.

5. Termination & Liability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate system anti-abuse policies. VoyageAi is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service.
